These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Business Casual (the "Service"), a Slack application for planning team outings. By installing or using Business Casual, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (and, where applicable, the organization on whose behalf you install the Service) and the operators of Business Casual. "You" refers to the individual user and, where context requires, the workspace administrator who installs the app.
Business Casual is a Slack application that allows teams to create, manage, and RSVP to work outing events directly within Slack. Features include event creation via slash commands, RSVP tracking, automated reminders, and calendar export.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for workplace and professional use.
Installing Business Casual requires a Slack workspace administrator to authorize the app and grant the permissions listed during the OAuth installation flow. By completing installation, the workspace administrator represents that they have the authority to grant those permissions on behalf of their organization.

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Upon uninstallation or termination, your workspace's bot token is deleted immediately. Remaining data is purged within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.
